| LIGHT stands for Living in God's Holy Truth. In youth at WHBC, we challenge you to hold firm to God's truth in this evil world filled with lies and ungodly influences. God's truth is the firmest foundation you can have, and as youth, you should be equipped with God's truth to handle everything in your life. "I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you," (Psalm 119:11). We must know God's Word to survive in this world. God loves you and wants a strong relationship with you! We have in-depth discussions in our youth group about real things that pertain to teenagers' lives. We believe church is the best place to discuss these topics and give guidance for developing a strong relationship with God to combat the daily pressures each of you face. We are here for you. Come and join our youth group, and we can grow in God together. |

| Permission Forms | School Year Permission Slips: These slips are available to you and are required for each youth trip we go on. The current School Year Permission Slip is effective from September 1, 2009 through August 31, 2010. Please have your parent/guardian complete one of these forms to be eligible for any of our trips during this timeframe. Remember - these permission slips are good for the entire school year! You can talk to Josh or Amy to obtain a permission slip. |
